Sayid

"Baby...I'm gonna pass out i'm so tired.." She said with a little smile."So I don't think.. I'll have a... problem.. keeping that one.."

"Good then I have done my job." Sayid said as he snuggled his body against hers. "I think we both are going to sleep well."

Shannon snuggled against against him with her eyes, feeling warm and sated. Her body was so relaxed, with no tension in it whatsover. Curling against his warm body under the sheets now she began to fall asleep in his arms now.

"Goodnight baby.." She whispred, drifting off and repeated.. "love...you..."

"I love you too." Sayid said as he yawned and started to fall asleep.

And with that she was asleep, deeply asleep, feeling happy and safe in her husbands arms. She had alot to do in the next couple of months but for now she was just sleeping peacefully.

Sayid held Shannon in his arms as he fell asleep too. It was true he didn't sleep too much but tonight he did. He had a long and restful sleep.

Sayid woke early as usual. He laid there holding Shannon in his arms and watching her sleep. He worried about her so much now. She didn't sleep nearly as well as he wished she would. She was 8 months along now and it was getting more and more uncomfortable for her. He hated that she seemed to get so tired and it seemed like no position was good for her to sleep in.

Sayid kissed Shannon's neck and shoulder and moved her hair to kiss below her hair line. "Good morning, my love." He said. Sayid wrapped his arm around her and rubbed her large tummy. "Good morning, Samir." Sayid said.

He kissed Shannon's neck and shoulder. "Did you sleep well, my love?" Sayid asked.

Shannon

She shifted slightly, adjusting the pillow under her stomach and found she just wasn't able to get comfortable. Being 8 months pregnant she felt huge and it was causing total discomfort and a lack of sleep.

4 months after getting back to LA and meeting their spies had passed. She had been busy with several things, including the legal proceedings that Lindsey was helping with and a few interviews, one about to be televised very soon as a follow-up on Dateline. But she'd refused anymore and for the last month had treid to take it easy. She needed the rest, which was very hard to come by.

Sayid kissed Shannon's neck and shoulder and moved her hair to kiss below her hair line. "Good morning, my love." He said.

"Is it morning already?" She asked groggily, evne though she always his kisses on the back of her neck. "It's too soon.."

Sayid wrapped his arm around her and rubbed her large tummy. "Good morning, Samir." Sayid said.

"Like he's gonna answer you.." She said, keeping her eyes shut against the sun. "Too busy kicking Mommy.."

He kissed Shannon's neck and shoulder. "Did you sleep well, my love?" Sayid asked.

"Well to sleep well...I would've had to have slept.." She said honestly. "It's not happening all that much lately i'm sorry to say.."

She didn't feel like moving to be honest abut knew Sarah would up if she wasn't already and would get them sooner or later. And she had been especially rambunctious lately, getting close to 3 and her energy was a bit more than Shannon could handle lately, fortuanly she had Bridget and Sayid was back to normal again. Just in time.

"I really would just like to stay here." She said wearily, wishing she could turn around and curl up in his arms. "I just don't want to get up but I know a certaian someone who'll be pestering us soon.."

She looked at the clock and saw the date, June 24, and smiled a little. Wondering if he was aware of it's significance of it. She looked at the sunny day out the window, hearing Sarah watching tv downstairs.

"It's my birthday today..." She told him, entwining her fingers around his as her hand lay against her stomach. "I'm 25...and verry... very pregnant.."

She didn't feel up to celebrating all that much but knew he'd do something for her. Right now she felt tired, fat and pretty unattractive. Event thoush she wasn't at all. But she didn't really feel good to be honest.

"I guess i'm just not that excited about it.." She said with a sigh. "It's kind of hard to be right now when I just.. have no energy."

Boone

He woke up, letting Alex sleep a little longer. She was 7 months preganat now, a month behind his sister and the 2 of them had bonded over this even more than they were before. He in the last 4 months had been working on a few things including the online aspects of the security stuff that Sayid was working on as well as talking with the rest of the men on a regular basise of their plans to eradicate the constant threat they were under.

But for right now he was taking a break and laying with his pregant wife, wrappiing his arm around her from behind and kissing her neck softly as she stirred a little. She at least was getting so me sleep.

"Good morning beautiful.." He said softly into her ear. "How are you this morning?"

Charlie

He woke up and felt Nikki curled up on his chest asleep. He kissed her head and carefully got up as not to wake her. He could hear some kind of bustling going on and knew Hope was up and aoubt now. Thinking he should check on her, and the twins for htat matter. At 6 months old they were crawling and getting into trouble of their own, especially Zoe, for whom trouble seemed to foollow.

He opened the door to the bedroom and there was Hope with a big grin on her face holding her Tiger in her pjs.

"Well look at you.." He said, picking up his daughter and sitting her on his hip and going to check on the twins. "Let's not wake Mommy and check on your sisters sound good?"

Hope grinned and giggled in her Daddy's arms and went with him willingly. Charlie putting her down to let her walk. Going in the twins room he saw Ava grinning like a littlls sprite, but no sign of Zoe. She coldn't have gotten out

"Ok where's your sister?" He asked Ava, as if she was going ot answer. "And quit covering for her."

Hope giggled and looked at her Daddy as if she was in on it too. And Charlie laughed and knew he was being had by his daughters in some way. Turning to Hope he tickled her chin.

"You can go wake your mother now.... while I try to find Zoe." He said, looking aorund the room and hearing something in the closet. "Cause I think i'm in over my head here."

Hope scampered off to get Nikki and Charlie went to the closet and open the door to find Zoe in a pile of clothes giggling at him. Picking her up he didn't see she had something in her hand and before he knew it his face was covered in baby powder. He coughed it out and then turned to see Nikki a the door with Hope, both of them giggling as well.

"As if I wasn't white enough already.." He said to giggling daughter. "Thank you oh so much for making me the butt of your jokes.."

Charlotte

She woke up turning back into Daniels arms around again, getting comfortable as she snuggled against him. Her stomach was definatly a bit bigger now. At just over 5 months she was definatly obviously showing and that was changing her sleeping positon just a llittle. And today she had decidded to take a day off from where she as working. Shannon told her over the phone that they were closer to shutting down the company, but for now to stay in their cover. And she was ok with that.

Smiling at Dan she kissed his chin and saw him wake up. She was now wide awake and full of a little energy today for some reason. She was smiling at him and tossed her red hair back over her shoulder.

"Good morning." She said brightly. "How's my wonderful husband feeling today anyways.. cause it's a rare day for me, but I feel great.."

"I know it isn't." He said. "I wish I could help." He really did but he knew she couldn't take anything that might harm Samir. Samir would be here soon and then she'd at least feel a little more comfortable, but the truth was it would be about 2 more months before things were a little more normal. Sayid smiled and turned her back on to her back. "Yes, I know it is." He said kissing her. "Happy Birthday. Oh I have something for you." He leaned down and kissed her deeply. "That however, was not it."

Sayid turned away from her and got his naked body out of bed. He walked over to the closet opened it. He looked over at Shannon and smiled at her. He had to do something silly, anything to make her feel a little more comfotable.
Sayid pulled the light blue box out of the closet and brought it back over to the bed. He sat on the bed with his legs crossed completely naked. "Do not be too excited about this my love. It is not nearly enough to celebrate your birthday. I had wanted to get you a cocktail ring but I could find nothing I really liked, so I chose this." He said.
He opened the box and showed her the bracelet. "Happy Birthday, my love." Sayid leaned over and kissed her deeply, wanting to lay her back down on the bed and make love again, but he knew he couldn't, because the biggest part of the surprise would soon be there.
Just then he heard the door bell ring. And there it was. The second part of the surprise. He handed Shannon her robe and nightgown and pulled his tank shirt and jeans on. "I think you might want to answer the door, my love." He said. "And I believe Sarah will want to be with you."
He saw the questioning look on Shannon's face. "Just trust me, my love." He winked and smiled at her and ushered her toward Sarah's room.
Bridget was up and playing on the floor with Sarah. "Good morning, Bridget dear." Sayid said. He whisked Sarah up in his arms. "Come precious, there is surprise at the door for you as well."
They made their way downstairs and Sayid opened the door and then looked at Shannon. "Surprise." He said.

Alex

Alex's brown hair was all disheveled and everywhere as she lay there close to Boone. Even laying on her side hurt her back. Nothing made her comfortable. She felt like she'd swallowed a watermelon and a bowling ball at the same time. Alex was all baby. From the back it was difficult to even know that she was pregnant, but from the front was a whole different story.
"Oh Boone." Alex hid her face. "I'm hardly beautiful. I feel like I swallowed an alien and I don't know what to do about it."
She looked up at him. "I love being your wife and I love being a mother, but being pregnant does nothing for my figure." She said. "I can only imagine what kind of comment Sawyer would make about me being so preggers, but then again, Kate could barely move when she was pregnant, so maybe he wouldn't say anything mean."
She looked over at Boone who seemed to be trying to figure out where that came from. "I'm sorry, that just crossed my mind."

They made their way downstairs and Sayid opened the door and then looked at Shannon. "Surprise." He said.

The door slowly swung open and behind it stood a very happy Claire with a huge grin on her face. Behind her were Desmond and all three kids. "Happy Birthday girlie!" she chirped, reaching out to hug her best friend. "Couldn't let today go by without seeing you," she said with a sneaky grin.

"So..." she said, turning to the side and placing her hand on her slightly rounded tummy. "You going to let your pregnant friend in?"

"And please don't be mad at me," she said, seeing Shannon's reaction. "I didn't want to tell you until I could come see you."

"Sawah!" Lizzie sang out from behind her mother. She ran straight for Sayid and started pulling on Sarah's leg, wanting her friend to get down.

Nikki

Nikki was sleeping so heavily, she didn't even notice when Charlie climbed out of bed. But not long after that she did feel the tug of a little hand and the sound of a sweet voice in her ear.

"Mommy...Mommy...wake up...wake up..."

Nikki yawned and stretched, first realizing Charlie wasn't there and then realizing that Hope was. "Hey sweetie. Did Daddy get up already?"

"Uh huh," she said with an impish grin.

"Uh oh...I know that look," Nikki said sliding out of bed and walking with Hope to the twins' bedroom.

He coughed it out and then turned to see Nikki a the door with Hope, both of them giggling as well.

Nikki covered her mouth with one hand as she tried unsuccessfully to hold back the giggles.

"As if I wasn't white enough already.." He said to giggling daughter. "Thank you oh so much for making me the butt of your jokes.."

She bit her lip, still unsuccessful at holding back the giggles as she walked over to him and picked up Zoe. "You really *giggle* shouldn't do that *giggle* to Daddy *giggle* sweetie."

Nikki turned to Charlie, her face pink from trying to hold back the giggles. "Why don't you go get a shower and I'll stick the girls in the bathtub. We can clean up this mess later." She kissed his cheek as she took Zoe to the bathroom. "Ava...Hope...come on you two."

She stripped the kids down, they had all been in the baby powder, and put them all three in the tub together. She ran the water and let them play, smiling a they played with rubber ducks and bubbles from the bubble bath.

Before she knew it though, it had gotten out of hand and she was as soaked to the bone as the girls were. Hearing Charlie come in the room, she looked up at him, looking much like a drowned rat. "Seems we have another mess to clean up now," she chuckled.

Sayid leaned over and kissed her deeply, wanting to lay her back down on the bed and make love again, but he knew he couldn't, because the biggest part of the surprise would soon be there.

"Mmm... I like this one too.." She whispered, kissing him, starting to feel a little better now. His kissess had a way of making her feel real good.

"Are you having something delieverd?" She asked as they went to Sarah's room.

Bridget was up and playing on the floor with Sarah. "Good morning, Bridget dear." Sayid said. He whisked Sarah up in his arms. "Come precious, there is surprise at the door for you as well."

"Suwpris?" Sarah asked with bright little eyes. "For me?"

"Apparently for both of us." Shannon answered, her hands on her back. . "Daddy inisists we go downstairs and answer the door."

Waddling downstiars with she came to door and watched him open it.

Her eyes opened wide and she let out a squeal when she saw Claire, Desmond and the kids.

They made their way downstairs and Sayid opened the door and then looked at Shannon. "Surprise." He said.

"Claire?" She said as if unable to believe her eyes.

"Happy Birthday girlie!" she chirped, reaching out to hug her best friend. "Couldn't let today go by without seeing you," she said with a sneaky grin.

"Oh my God.." She said hugging Claire, so happy to see her friend. "I'm so... so glad your here..." She turned her head to look at Sayid. "You sneaky devil you."

"So..." she said, turning to the side and placing her hand on her slightly rounded tummy. "You going to let your pregnant friend in?"

"Pregnant??" She said incredulously. "Again?" She laughed and looked at Des with a wink. "Just couldn't resist knocking her up again could ya?"

But it was just teasing and she turned back to Claire.

"Why didn't you tell me?" she asked, with a raised eyebrow.

"And please don't be mad at me," she said, seeing Shannon's reaction. "I didn't want to tell you until I could come see you."

"Oh i'm not mad, just amazed it took Des this long." She said with a laugh. "Get yourselves in here now.. I gotta see how big these kids have gotten."

"Sawah!" Lizzie sang out from behind her mother. She ran straight for Sayid and started pulling on Sarah's leg, wanting her friend to get down.

"Wizzie!" Sarah squealed, squirminmg in Daddy's arms to get down. "Wizzie Wizzie!"

Sarah got down and immediatly hugged LIzzie, both of them giggling and ecstaic to see eachother.

"Mommy wanna pway witW Wizzie pweas?!" Sarah asked looking up hopefully at her Mommy and Daddy.

"Go ahead, but let Aaron and Desi play too ok?" She said, seeing the other children. "And my goodness they got so big!"

She squatted down as best she could to see Aaron, who so big now. She gave him a kiss on the cheek, which he took good-humoredly. And little Desi who looked like he weas walking now as well.

"They're huge, must be eating good in England I guess huh?" She said, feeling elated to have her friends here. "Come on and sit down, we have so much catching up to do!"

She looked thankfully at Sayid and she she took Claire to sit down. She was grinning from ear to ear, forgetting for the moment about being tired. Even though she had to sit down though.

"So you gotta tell me about this.." Seh said with a wink. "Do you know what it is?" She got a fearful look. "it's not twins is it?"

Leaning back on the chair with her hand on her own, very big belly she listened to Claire. And coudl hear Sarah showing Aaron and Lizzie her toys. Vincent was running aronnd entusiastically, and licked Aarons face, who giggled and hugged him.

"Can't believe your here." She said happily. "It seems like so damn long since i've seen you.... i've missed you guys so much."

"I can only imagine what kind of comment Sawyer would make about me being so preggers, but then again, Kate could barely move when she was pregnant, so maybe he wouldn't say anything mean."

"Sawyer was scared of the pregnant girls if I remember correctly." HE said with a chuckle. "He'd probably just want you to stay away from him.."

She looked over at Boone who seemed to be trying to figure out where that came from. "I'm sorry, that just crossed my mind."

"what Sawyer?" He asked, sitting close to her. "I could see where that came from. He used to think the pregnant girls were scary.. especially Shan.. and I suppose I oculd understand that.."

He smiled at her and brushed her hair out of her face, gigging her a sweet kiss before helping her up.

"Come on, lets get some breakfast in you and I think you'll feel a little bit better..and then, since I have some time off from my work we could figure out what to do today.. we can do anything you want.. cause i'm fully planning to spoil you rotten. "

Boone made a mental note that it was also his sisters birthday today. he'd have to call her. Or maybe drop by later. But right now he was taking care of his wife.

"So what do you and the kid want for breakfast?"

Daniel's hand drifted down to her tummy, rubbing it softly. "I still can't believ eyou're showing," he said with a grin.
